October 2011: “Maybe I should try to avoid driving as much as possible.”
November 2011: “I think I should just avoid driving at night.”
December 2011: “Driving in the states is so much less stressful!”
January 2012: “I want to learn to drive stick-shift.”
February 2012: “This is fun!” Under Anne’s tutelage, I learned to drive a manual in three short lessons.
March 2012: Honk, honk, “Out of my way!” I drive our microbus and truck, even in city traffic.
I have arrived.
